Purpose:

The Customer Service Executive Company has strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, and follow store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.

Role And Responsibility

Sales & Customer Service:

  • To attend to the Customers in the sales area and Guide & Advise them to buy products as per their requirements.
  • Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing of product information.
  • Assist & Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
  • To provide pleasing service to customer satisfaction.

Sales & Support

  • Focus on sales and strive to attain the target of the FMCG and non-pharmacy products category.
  • Ensure shift hand-over and take-over is given before leaving the work area.
  • Perform any other job assigned by the in-charge as per exigencies of work.
  • To follow the departmental SOPs strictly for all the responsibilities assigned.

Inventory Management

  • To maintain and also to be responsible for the correct inventory of stock as per the system stock and conduct in Daily Cycle Count audit, Monthly Internal Audit to control on Pilferage, Theft & loss.
  • Coordinate with procurement Executive for procurement and storage of FMCG and non-pharmacy products as per the day-to-day requirements.
  • To work with the Inward Staff for receiving and arranging the FMCG and non-pharmacy products as per the storage conditions in the respective areas and to monitor for appropriateness.
  • To monitor Air Conditioner, Refrigerator temperature on day to day basis.
  • Ensure that 100% physical stock is tallied according to FMCG and non-pharmacy products category twice a week.
  • Daily rack-wise verification of fast-moving items.
  • To assist and work for the removal of near expiry, nonmoving stocks to report the same to the supervisors and to monitor storage conditions of the FMCG and non-pharmacy products.
