Job Overview

We are seeking a Course Counselor to join our team at TransGlobe Academy,Delhi. As a Course Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to Indian students who are interested in studying abroad. This role requires a solid understanding of study abroad courses and destinations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should have a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in course counseling and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Location: TransGlobe School Of Logistics & Aviation Management, Lajpat Nagar,Delhi

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in course counseling, admissions counseling, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a relevant field
• Strong knowledge of study abroad courses, destinations, admission procedures, and visa requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand students' needs and provide appropriate guidance
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using educational and CRM software
• Experience in higher education marketing, career counseling, or business development is a plus
• Inside sales experience would be advantageous
• Fluency in English and Hindi languages
