Job description
Business Development Manager:
Develop the pipe line of new business coming into the Company. Identifies and assigns new leads for Resorts Business Development - Collaborates with Ground based end clients from users, Event Management Company, Tours & Travel Industry. Applicable to India Market Exposure. - Develop & maintain key relationships with stake holders as well as end user markets for business understanding and business model upgradations. - Will be instrumental with BDD (Business Development Director) in structing the price Index to have a competitive edge in the market - Participate in Business Development via various tools and improvement Programs withing the considering the market scenario and existing business program. - Pitching Products & Services via maintaining relations with the Cross functional team members and clients - Develop & Bring Corporate & Government Businesses into the stream. - Should be responsible for various duties, including hiring qualified personnel, organizing and coordinating Business Development operations, supervising and evaluating staff, handling customer complaints, enforcing regulations and quality standards, managing budgets and expenses, and preparing reports for senior management. - Additional Experience in F & B Industry, Lodging Industry, Recreation Industry, Travel - Tourism Industry & Meeting & Event Industry would be added advantage Females preferredJob tags
