Position- Account Manager

Location- Pune

Looking for a dynamic Accounts Manager/CFO with the following characteristics and skills:

• A Qualified Chartered Accountant preferably with relevant work experience of 3-5 years post qualification, especially in the Tech services industry.
• Smart, energetic candidate with good communication (verbal and written) skills, strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Manage accounting in India and offshore, including planning, analysing tax & other regulatory implications, transfer pricing.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS, cash flows, internal notes, memos, presentations etc.
• Assistance in restructuring matters, tax & regulatory compliances
• Providing support on research on various tax & regulatory matters in India and overseas.
• Good knowledge of IND AS (Accounting Standards), taxation, FEMA and regulatory framework for individuals and companies.
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials

Compensation up to INR 15 Lacs pa plus benefits plus ESOPs
