Role Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between the firm and its clients, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and tailoring services for leadership transformation and organizational excellence. Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of client projects, from initial conception through to successful delivery, including budgeting, planning, execution, and post-delivery analysis. Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects and programs. Drive the development and presentation of strategic recommendations, reports, and insights to clients and senior leadership. Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to support leadership development and performance enablement initiatives. Play a key role in identifying opportunities for service enhancement and upselling, contributing to the firm's growth and client satisfaction. Required Skills And Experience 0-2 years of experience in a consulting, project management, or similar role, with a keen interest in leadership development and organizational consulting. Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute strategic initiatives. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members across all levels. A proactive and energetic approach, with a hunger for growth and development. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
