About us : AsteroidX is a high-growth, Toronto-based startup that specializes in Amazon Advertising. We work with large INC 500 brands and high-volume Amazon Sellers to manage their advertising campaigns, conduct review calls and scale their sales.

We are seeking a diligent, communicative, and highly organized Amazon Seller Central Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing exceptional support to our clients who sell on Amazon. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing customer accounts, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of product listings, and solving complex issues related to the Amazon Seller Central platform.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Account Management: Assist in managing various customer accounts, ensuring that all client needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Detail-Oriented Performance: Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Internal Communication: Maintain strong communication within the team and with reporting managers to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to account management. Search Suppression Resolution: Identify the root causes of search suppression and take corrective actions to restore product visibility. This includes addressing issues related to product image compliance, detail page content, and adherence to Amazon’s performance metrics. Flexibility and Multitasking: Demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, adapting to new challenges with a positive attitude. Listing Management: Take charge of creating, editing, and resolving any issues related to Amazon listings, ensuring products are accurately represented and optimized for sales. Case Management: Efficiently raise case logs and engage in communication with the Amazon seller support team to resolve issues promptly. Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to clients and team members. Confidentiality: Maintain the highest levels of trust and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and reports.

Preferred Experience: Prior experience in handling Seller Central issues and a deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace to effectively support sellers. Proven track record of strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and the e-commerce landscape. Ability to analyze data and provide insights. High level of integrity and professionalism.
