Job description
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP)- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable, maintainable, and extensible Salesforce solutions.- Experience in leading technical teams and collaborating with project stakeholders.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Responsibilities :- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet client business requirements andadhere to Salesforce best practices.- Lead technical teams in the development of Salesforce customizations and integrations.- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Salesforce developers.- Conduct code reviews to ensure that Salesforce code adheres to best practices.- Evaluate third-party Salesforce applications and make recommendations for their use.- Participate in the Salesforce release management process, including testing and deployment.- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet their business requirements.- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce solutions.- Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices and make recommendations for their use.
