Job description
Previous experience in healthcare billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders.
Excellent customer service skills, with a patient-centric approach and the ability to resolve issues and address concerns professionally and efficiently.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) and healthcare billing software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations, coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT), and insurance claim processes preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changes in healthcare policies and procedures.
