Job description
As a TPM on the Business Technology team , you will interface with business area leads and subject matter experts to identify, prioritize, develop and maintain a portfolio of projects related to the company’s product roadmap. CRM Project manager will inspire confidence with our business stakeholders by; -being frontline obsessed; understanding business drivers and priorities as well as their impact on budget, requirements and planning -influencing and facilitating decision-making by educating stakeholders on their solution options and related trade-offs -recommending technology-based solutions while minimizing technical debt -providing precise level of effort estimates for sprint planning -understanding of when configuration, programming, or 3rd party solutions are appropriate -communicating complex ideas in concisely and effectively to technical and non technical stakeholders; using data -fostering productive cross-functional relationships Responsibilities ; You will engage directly with business stakeholders to; ●identify business-driven needs ●provide insights into leading practices, industry standards and trends in CRM ●perform current state analysis on business processes ●review existing and create process documentation, use cases, epics and user stories ●identify gaps and recommend action plans ●produce concise yet effective business requirements ●create process maps and wireframes ●evaluate vendor solutions ●assist with prioritization ●manage delivery and quality assurance ●provide training and documentation ●Own data analytics execution of declarative configuration and maintenance in Salesforce (ie, reports, page layouts) ●Monitor and respond to feature and support new requests ●if required verify and conduct regression testing of functionality before release to users ●Participate/conduct daily scrum meetings to report progress and address obstacles
