selection;condcuting and analyzing exit interviews;and recommending changes.
Prepares employees for asignmnets by establishing and conducting orientation an training programs.
Enforces management guidelines by preparing,updating,and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Handling statutory compliance - PF,ESI etc.

Graduate/Post Graduate.
Exp : 2 yrs of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles(Rexruitment operations ) (BFSI/NBFC/INSURANCE/SERVICE INDUSTRIES prefered
