PRO Industries Pte Limited is Africa's largest state-of-the-art Ethanol Producer, with production plants specializing in the development of innovative formulations that add economic value to ethanol production. Our factory employs a one-of-a-kind technology that allows us to recycle 100% of the waste, resulting in Zero Liquid Discharge. Our alcohol products are being considered for sale in Asian, European, and African markets.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role. As a Digital Marketing Manager ( must be from music background), you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that support our business goals.

· The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for music and club culture.

· Define, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns for a roster of artists.

· Lead the creation and utilization of all artist websites and social networks with updates, posts news, content, etc. Will also be involved in the development of artist's websites, other digital and mobile protocols, including wireframing, user experience design and feature requisition.

·  research of artist communities and word-of-mouth analysis (reading and analyzing blogs, other artist sites, etc.).

· Manage relationships with top-level artists, managers, and other partners.

· Discover new sites and outlets to promote artists and maintain relationships with key sites and partners.

· Filter results of analysis and present it to the internal departments.

· Track-specific milestones, including email, social and advertising conversion rates, plays and views, number of fans acquired, campaign spend and ROI against project goals.

· The role will involve creative ideation, copywriting, paid social planning and delivery, campaign activation, scheduling, measurement and tracking, with day-to-day account management.

· The successful candidate will have some experience of managing paid social activity, running social accounts/pages and developing unique content (video and graphics expertise is advantageous).

· You must be comfortable working across all channels including Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Linkedin, Twitter and additional platforms is a huge bonus.

· Candidate must be fanatical about stats and using them to improve campaigns, content and community growth, whilst exploring new and innovative channels for consumer engagement.

· Proven experience running comparable social media platforms, taking a strategic approach to increasing follower growth & engagement.

· Lives & breathes social media and has an intimate understanding of new social trends & culture within Instagram & TikTok.

· A strong and versatile copywriter, with a demonstrable ability to take the values of a brand and develop a compelling tone of voice.

· Takes a data-driven approach, using social media analytics tools to evaluate performance and adjust content strategy based on what audiences respond to.

· Experience working with influencers to increase reach and impact among the right communities.

· Working knowledge of support functions in the music, entertainment, or related industries.
