Job description
Must Have :- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for software applications.- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and other relevant software. - Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a design team.Educational qualification : must be from design background- design/visual communicationKey Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 UI/UX designers, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality output.- Collaborate with product management, business, and other stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web-based software applications, focusing on usability and user experience. - Utilize industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and other design software to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. - Participate in design reviews and present design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and iterate designs.- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies to ensure designs are modern, innovative, and effective. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Master's Degree in Design or a related field is a plus. - A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for software applications. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and other relevant software. - Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work for web-based applications. - Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a design team. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions to various stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. - Passionate about creating user-centred designs that provide seamless user experiences.
