Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Pacific Hospitality. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in restaurant management.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience with shift planning and scheduling
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company standards
- Hire, train, and manage staff members, including servers, bartenders, and hosts
- Create and implement work schedules and communicate changes to the team
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide leadership and support to the restaurant staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
