Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP C4C Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP C4C development, with expertise in configuring, customizing, and extending SAP C4C functionalities to meet the specific needs of our clients. As a SAP C4C Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for leading SAP C4C implementation projects, collaborating with cross functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality SAP C4C systems that meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities : - Lead SAP C4C implementation projects, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans.- Configure and customize SAP C4C functionalities to meet the specific needs of clients, including sales, service, and marketing processes.- Develop and implement custom enhancements and extensions for SAP C4C using SAP Cloud Application Studio (SDK) and other development tools.- Integrate SAP C4C with other enterprise systems such as SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and business users to ensure successful adoption of SAP C4C solutions and maximize return on investment.- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP C4C systems, including configuration guides, technical specifications, and user manuals.- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in SAP C4C and customer experience (CX) management, particularly in areas such as AI-powered analytics, omnichannel engagement, and customer journey mapping.- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using SAP C4C data and insights. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.- 4-8 years of experience in SAP C4C development, configuration, and customization.- Strong proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) functionalities, including sales, service, and marketing modules.- Experience leading SAP C4C implementation projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment.- Expertise in configuring and customizing SAP C4C functionalities using standard tools and SDK (SAP Cloud Application Studio).- Experience integrating SAP C4C with other enterprise systems such as SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and third-party applications using SAP Cloud Integration (SCI) or similar tools.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of clients.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications : - SAP C4C certification or relevant SAP certifications.- Experience with SAP C4C implementation methodologies such as SAP Activate.- Experience with SAP Customer Experience (CX) suite of solutions, including SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP Marketing Cloud.- Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 for developing custom user interfaces and applications.- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other SAP BI tools for reporting and analytics.- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform (SCP) for extending and integrating SAP C4C solutions.- Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
