We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team at Indiglobe IT Solutions. As a US IT Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and recruiting qualified candidates for various IT positions. This is a midlevel position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment. The job is based in Hyderabad Telangana India and the employment type is FullTime.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
- Indepth knowledge of US IT recruitment process and industry trends
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing IT professionals
- Strong understanding of US visa terms and regulations
- Familiarity with US staffing and onboarding processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
