Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as Team Leader Telemarketing for DAC Developers located in Tambaram. As the Team Leader Telemarketing, you will be responsible for leading the tele-marketing team, driving sales initiatives, managing customer relations, providing support to other team members, and developing strategies to increase sales performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Telemarketing role or equivalent position
• Experience in team management and sales
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize your workload
• Knowledge of CRM/lead management tools and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Preferred:

• Experience with Telemarketing in the real estate/construction industry
• Experience with customer relationship management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
