Company Description MMC Convert is a trusted conversion company located in Indore, with over 10 years of experience in executing more than 45,000 conversions from other accounting software to Xero, QuickBooks Online, FreshBooks, FreeAgent and other platforms. MMC Convert is the preferred conversion company for Xero Asia, Intuit QBO Australia, Intuit QBO South Africa, Intuit QBO Ireland, FreshBooks Canada, and FreeAgent UK. MMC Convert uses in-house tools to provide accurate and reliable data migration services, allowing businesses to easily switch to other software while retaining all transactional history and records.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role of a Junior Accountant at MMC Convert. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for daily accounting tasks, such as bookkeeping, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial documents, generating and analyzing financial reports, and handling payroll duties. Qualifications Experience in bookkeeping and accounting Experience in reconciling bank statements and creating financial documents Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks Online, FreshBooks, FreeAgent etc.) Excellent communication and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Experience in data migration or software conversion is a plus Mastery of accounts payable, accounts receivable, GL, and financial reporting processes Qualifications Required: 1. Clear concept of accounting 2. Good command over the Internet skills 3. Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen 4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. Tally) 5. Qualifications (B.com, M.com, B.B.A) is requiredJob tags
