Job description
Job Description: The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for managing ASEAN country P&L forecasting data availability and orchestrating Business Excellence Operations Metrics & Growth Dashboard updates within CX ASEAN countries. Partner with Finance to coordinate and work across the various functions within the CX organization to ensure business operations and financial data metrics are available for Business Leaders. The Business Analyst is responsible for centralizing common, operational functions to scale, improve, standardize, and accelerate CX's business transformation in the Field.
Key Responsibilities: The Key Business Analyst will perform but not limited to the following, revision will follow according to business requirements: Budget Management - Monthly Country P&L actuals and forecast by business segment & by portfolio Coordinate the country's P&L data population with finance by validating and providing the monthly resources’ effort in respective countries Perform finance services' actual cost & resource mapping & ensure the actual PO cost and scope-based PCOGS are tied at the country level Strategy Execution and Business Transformation - ASEAN Growth Governance Dashboard for Top accounts and CX specialized Partners Maintain the Growth Governance Dashboard by country Follow up actions with respective action owners such as Top accounts Deal Engagement Plan actions, Top accounts Integrated Plan, CX Partners metrics performance per Theater’s Strategy Weekly Top Deals Pipeline Review by country by segment Business Acceleration - Monthly scorecard metrics breakdown by country Provide & publish a detailed analysis of scorecard metrics from the ASEAN pivot Populate country metrics into the QBO template for country review Key Outcomes: Builds and manages monthly CX ASEAN Countries Financial P&L forecasting template Manages CX Business Excellence Operations Metrics (Scorecard) at the ASEAN country level for Business Review Regular Growth Governance Dashboard updates contribute to ASEAN's growth business performance Qualifications: Experience Required: 3 - 5 years related experience with finance experience is required Must be highly analytical with the ability to understand business metrics, financials & customers Excellent in MS Office Excel skills Good understanding of business and sales operations Ability to work independently and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams Understanding of IT Services Business Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A) required and/or experience in relevant fields (e.g., business, information technology, operations, finance)Job tags
