JOB SCOPE
Role : Program Manager
Global Partner Sales Operations (GPSO) is part of the Global Revenue Operations Organization. GPSO is responsible for all systems, tools, business processes, and operations in our partner sales community. With a lens on best-in-class support and tools to provide outstanding experience enabling our partner and internal sales community to meet their business drivers, GPSO is a high-energy, high-functioning team that requires versatile individuals who understand the business drivers, experiences, and how to move progress forward at an accelerated pace. Responsibilities
- Work cross functionally with Global Sales Ops, GPPE, Divisional A&C, Corporate Systems, Deal Management, Legal and other teams as required, to solve issues.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Build and maintain business relationships with Oracle leadership and various Lines of Business.
- Enforce Oracles guidelines and policies.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with immediate team members to obtain buy-in.
- Work with GPO team to make recommendations and submit requirements into territory planning teams for partner sales model support.

- Working group plan for workload and report back with capacity ability timeline
- Make recommendations based on process & systems expertise knowledge.
- Manage signoff with stakeholders including GBP / legal / C&E
- Implementation of process & workarounds to support
- Submit requirements to Systems GPO
- Stand up pilot program requests and initiatives from regional, corp or GSI A&C) e.g., Test Dev, Partner Led Model
- Evaluate viability of program and form recommendations to incorporate into standard business models.
- SME knowledge of OSvC, CPQ, deal reg etc to assist in optimizing processes and making recommendations to systems team.
- Assist in designing workarounds and developing new processes to support new initiatives and programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Leadership supervise internal employees. Ability to manage conflict and negotiate resolution. Ability to drive for results through ownership and continuous passion for improvements.
- Collaborative build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members (in and outside of Global Sales Operations). Ability to effectively lead and facilitate meetings.
- Communication write, verbally share/inform, and present to a varied audience in a professional and approachable manner. Communicate succinctly at a high level with executive management.
- Adaptive to Change able to respond to varied and unique requests while meeting Global Partner Sales Operations policies.
- Customer focus listen to the needs of employees and internal customers and accommodate needs reasonably, while upholding Oracles policies.
- Planning and organizing plan, meet deadlines, anticipate change and monitor program activities.
- Problem Solving identify issues, analyze and arrive at a solution creatively in order to achieve the best solution.
- PMP Certification (Preferred)
- Advanced time management and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Experience working successfully in cross functional teams.
- Previous success in strategically analyzing and solving problems.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Education - bachelors degree
- Minimum 7+ years relevant experience
- Demonstrated program management proficiency.
