Job description

1. Shall be technically competent in fabrication processes such as Welding, rolling, machining, cutting, drilling, and painting etc.

2. Knowledge of manufacturing of Skids, Pressure vessel parts, heavy fabrication and piping, shall have exposure to Piping Design

3. Knowledge of  painting consumables, blasting and painting equipments, & process cost, Inspection Cost

4. Excellent written and Verbal Communication. 

5. Knowledge of  estimation of Piping , Structural fabrication, & Pressure Vessels / Heat Exchangers, Skids

6. Knowledge of MS Office & ERP/SAP system.

7. knowledge of quality standards and systems

8. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, ASME Codesand specifications.

9. Excellent problem-solving skills

10. Shall be proactive, good at planning, execution

11. Self-motivator and Team Player. 

12. Shall be the believer and practitioner of Respect, Excellence, Passion, Integrity, Customer Centricity and Ownership.

Description -Study the RFQ from various clients, Prepare competitive Proposals to win the Orders at the same time ensure the bottom line, Prepare execution and Procurement budget, Participate in technical discussion with the client at Pre bid and post bid stage. Prepare MIS for Estimation and Proposal activity.
