The job

Tasks and responsabilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition. 

Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to create and manage content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters. 

Support the Chief Growth Officer in developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy for the organization. 

Work closely with the marketing automation leader to optimize marketing campaigns and ensure proper tracking and reporting of key metrics. 

Coordinate and manage the organization’s presence at industry events and trade shows, including booth setup, logistics, and lead generation. 

Collaborate with Customer Success managers to develop and implement customer marketing initiatives, such as customer referrals and case studies. 

Assist Account executives with marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials needed for sales meetings and client presentations. 

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. 

Assist in managing the organization’s social media presence, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics. 

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing initiatives, such as graphic design, content creation, and advertising campaigns. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing materials and communication channels. 

Assist in tracking and reporting on marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. 

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts. 

Support the Chief Growth Officer in budget planning and management for marketing activities. 

Assist in the development and execution of customer surveys and market research projects to gather insights and feedback. 

Your profile

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 

2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role, preferably in the SaaS or B2B industry. 

Required Skills and Abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content. 

Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing. 

Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms, such as HubSpot or Marketo. 

Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools to track and measure marketing performance. 

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Account executives. 

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. 

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies and initiatives. 

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all marketing materials and communication. 

Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies. 

Ability to adapt to an agile, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment. 

Experience in event planning and management is a plus. 

Familiarity with SaaS products and the B2B sales cycle is a plus.
