Develop, implement Financial Controls and oversee financial procedure and processes
Monthly Finalization of books of accounts, balance sheet and financial reporting in accordance with prevailing accounting principles. Preparation of standalone and consolidation of Financial Statement
Prepare and review monthly results. MIS reporting incl. monthly variance reporting
Assist in timely closure of Internal, Statutory & Tax Audits
Ensure all statutory requirements of the organization are met including Income Tax, GST, PF, ESIC, PT, RBI, NHB, etc.
Responsible for day-to-day accounting transaction verification in the ERP System
Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions
Adds value to the business by improving reporting, continuous improvement and automation to enable real time report generation
Pre-Requisites
Graduate Mandatory.
3-5 years of Accounting Experience (Preferably from HFC / NBFC Company).
Knowledge of Accounts, Compliance & Audits Required.
Basic computer skills with prior experience working with accounting software like General Ledger.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees & superiors.
