About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Consultant Optometrist to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a Consultant Optometrist, you will provide comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose and manage eye conditions, prescribe corrective lenses and other vision aids, and offer expert advice to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Diagnose and manage common eye conditions such as refractive errors, presbyopia, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.
- Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids based on individual needs.
- Educate patients about healthy vision habits and provide recommendations for proper eyewear care.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in optometry and eye care technology.
- Build strong relationships with patients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the practice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Optometry (OD) degree.
- Valid registration with the Indian Optometric Association (IOA).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing optometrist.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality eye care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
