Job description
Lead and manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
2 Develop and maintain effective relationship with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and with external recruiters to get the positions closed on priority.
3 Undertake and execute various HR functions including but not limited to onboarding/off boarding induction payroll management Leave and attendance management employee relations performance management compliance etc.
4 Review and update HR policies regularly to reflect changes in legislation and maintain alignment with organizational goals
4 Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives
5 Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to address HRrelated concerns and ensure a smooth workflow
6 Ensure compliance with local state and federal employment laws and regulations.
7 Stay informed about industry trends best practices and legal requirements related to HR
8 Adapt to the evolving needs of a growing company and actively seek opportunities for professional development
9 Identify training needs within the organization and collaborate with training providers to develop and deliver relevant programs
10 Leverage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR technologies to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy
11 Generate regular reports for leadership to provide insights and support datadriven decisionmaking
12 Partner with the finance team to manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs
13 Design and implement performance management processes including goal setting regular checkins and performance reviews
14 Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues working to maintain a positive and collaborative workplace
