- Working with colleagues to develop annual and as-needed communications strategies and plans in support of business priorities.
- Competitor analysis and research.
- Manage and execute brand-building events in APAC, including brand events, strategic partnerships, and corporate and editorial speakers programs.
- Design and deliver creative communication platforms such as campaigns, collaterals, presentations, websites, social media, e-newsletters, case studies, blogs, whitepapers, and others.
- Write press releases and other relevant materials to communicate.
- Conceptualize and implement strategic communications campaigns that increase the visibility of the organizations research and thought leadership among key external audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with reporters covering our issues and secure high-level media coverage.
- Organize and oversee the success of the organizations speaking opportunities, conference communications, and all events, and exhibits.
- Monitor event ROIs and coordinate with the growth team to track and monitor the performance.
- Perform research and analysis using a variety of resources to develop appropriate messages and product communications.
- Manage and monitor partner/service enablement program- develop/monitor App, engagement, rewards, loyalty events, collaterals, communications, and regular updating.
- Inter-departmental team coordination, and vendor management.
- Compiling reports and knowledge of CRM.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in communications, mass communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in content writing, corporate communications, channel partner/ distributors and events management.
- In-depth understanding and practical experience in PR, media relations, leveraging channels such as social media, email marketing, and content distribution networks, small- and large-scale events.
- Analytical skills to measure and optimize the effectiveness of mass communication efforts for maximum reach and impact.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and PR strategies, with the capability to seamlessly integrate communication initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with PR agencies to secure positive media coverage, enhancing the organizations visibility and public image.
- Demonstrated proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, understanding their business needs, and aligning communication strategies to support mutual success.
- Manage all events, end-to-end coordination, and execution along with pre-and post-event reports and drive quality leads during events.
- Proven track record in planning and executing diverse and successful events, showcasing an ability to manage logistics, engage audiences, and drive impactful outcomes.
- Ability to leverage channel partnerships for collaborative marketing and communication initiatives. And drive active participation with the partners.
