Job description

Roles And Responsibility :

• Produce conceptual, basic, and detailed designs for projects as per IS and International Guidelines.
• Day-to-day assistance in designing and assistance to team members in the delivery of projects.
• Undertake technical and feasibility studies and site investigations.
• Assist in proposal preparation and tender submission procedures.
• Prepare and manage project execution plans, organization charts, and status reports.
• Produce administration documentation such as requests for information.
• Work closely and effectively with clients and internal project teams.
• Provide technical advisory services to clients during the development & construction process.
• Manage the project and steer the project team in order to deliver the project in time, within the budget, and according to the Customer Specification.
• Collect and interpret information and translate this information into design specifications for the project team.
• Play an active and coordinating role for various project teams / cross-functional teams
• Manage various projects at a given time while ensuring that project delivery happens on time in full.
• Completely responsible for project planning.
• Close coordination with the Project Manager on all projects related to the division and with Service Delivery Heads for competence.
• Provide technical support to the Junior Team.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in CAD. Software experience in AutoCAD (full or LT) is required.
• Experience in Electrical design is essential (Indian and overseas projects).
• Methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and surveys.
• Effective time & task management and leadership skills.
• Excellent organization and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to use initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail must be able to demonstrate accurate report writing.
• Energetic and self-motivated, you must be a team player with a flexible approach.
• Proficient in Gant chart programming.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office.
• General interest in electrical engineering, sustainable construction methods, and renewable energy is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and practices.
• Proficient knowledge of project engineering processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of proposals and bid processes.
• Understands engineering estimate basis.
• Understands contractual requirements for the project.
• Immediate Joining is preferred.
• The candidates staying at Navi Mumbai & Thane will be preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• conceptual Design HT, LV, and ELVS.
• Basic Engineering HT, LV (MCC / PCC, LIGHTING, POWER SOCKETS LAYOUT, TRAYS, CABLE SELECTION, ELVS Design (CCTV, ACS, VOICE AND DATA NETWORKING ETC.)
• Detailed Engineering preparation of construction drawings, Preparation of Tender, Technical.
• Bid evaluation (TCS / TR ).
• Should be very good at technical knowledge in Electrical field.
• A good self-initiator with profound knowledge of the preparation of engineering drawings and documents.
• Should be able to prepare all the drawings and documents own.
• Very good proficiency in software skills is a must
