Role and Responsibilities:
Job description:
- Creating a detailed sales plan for all projects across company levels
- Setting & implementing sales targets and ensuring the same are met
- Finalization of channel partner strategy the incentive schemes and the marketing strategy within the defined budgets
- Handling Prospective Clients/ Corporate houses/MNCs and Finalizing sales transactions with interested clientele.
- Selection and finalization of marketing channel partners
- Creating SOPs for ensuring a pleasant customer experience
- Managing the CRM function and all post sales activities
- Provide correct and updated MIS to management
- Staying updated with the real estate market and gathering market Intelligence
- Tap potential markets for direct clients across various locations
- Candidate Requirements:
- Any graduate with proven work experience of 10 plus years in the field of real estate sales in Mumbai
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
