This role will blend full-cycle recruitment with hard-to-fill needs using integrated talent strategy development, where consultation, data-driven storytelling, and collaborative partnerships will be fully leveraged. As an integral part of our TA function, our diversity & inclusion sourcing efforts serve as a pipeline of high-potential talent into the organisation for more engaged employees. We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team immediately and enhance our business impact. This position is temporary and expected to last 6 to 8 months. Responsibilities Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions. Experience in project-oriented engineering, oil & gas, and environmental work is desirable. Support hiring managers by ensuring the job description is ready for posting, the interview plan is determined, and candidate feedback is managed quickly and efficiently. Full lifecycle recruitment of candidates, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and salary negotiation. Conduct interviews virtually. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews. Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates. Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails. Qualifications Bachelor's degree 4–5 years of experience Effective communication skills Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite. High energy and passion. Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
