Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will oversee the sales team and be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, developing and executing sales strategies that will drive growth, and implementing effective sales processes and procedures to deliver optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Account Management experience
• Sales and Sales Management experience
• Strong Team Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of driving sales growth
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
