As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Educating clients about our products/services and how they can benefit from them.
  • Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and processes.
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.

Requirements
