ANSR ‘s People Consulting Practice delivers strategies, products, and services that are at the core of our client’s GCC needs. Our solutions include operating models and organizational structures, engagement models, compensation and benefits strategies and benchmarking, employer branding and employee value proposition planning, talent management strategies, HR policies, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, and risk and compliance services

Role and Responsibilities: This Principal Consultant will lead the consulting of compensation & benefits to clients of ANSR (CXO stakeholders) and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation topics, including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base, bonus (STI), equity plans (LTI) and other incentive compensation The Principal Consultant will lead the C&B consulting team and will develop, review, and consult on effective strategies, procedures and programs related to compensation and benefits during consulting assignments for ANSR’s client portfolio. The role-holder will work in conjunction with the “People, Organization and Culture Practice” to enable best-fit solutions for clients of ANSR.

Key Responsibilities: Play a key role as a member of the ANSR People, Organization & Culture Practice scale up and develop ideas for external market usage. Lead the development of rewards consulting products relevant and tailored to emerging GCCs, particularly in the Technology sector. Deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients in the following areas: Market benchmarking (Compensation / Benefits) Pay ranges design & implementation Benefits design Budgeting / annual cycle management Compensation structuring Statutory impact & related updates Oversee the team and also manage C&B project modules independently (hands-on) Present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to client / internal team Work with established ANSR GCCs to provide CoE consulting advice, design and implement specific rewards related projects Collate, analyze and create thought papers on the state of the market

Experience and Requirements: Required Experience and Skills: 15+ years of experience in a compensation role, a mix of consulting and field C&B is preferred Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data / insights High level of proficiency in MS Office Regional / global experience in C&B Worked in a CoE Matrix environment. Working with external clients as a consultant/ expert advisor

Preferred Experience and Skills: Proficiency in data management / visualization tools suite like Flow, SharePoint / Tableau, PowerBI would be an added advantage University degree in HR with a Masters / MBA strongly required Associated experiences across HR would be a strong bonus
