Job Title - BIM Engineer - Mechanical (HVAC, PHE & Fire Protection)
Job Location - Noida /Bangalore

Job Requisites (Role Summary)
This role is to work as part of an engineering consultancy design team, taking a senior role in project design work, focused on production and liaison with the WSP Middle East Team and mentoring and coaching junior members of the team.
Responsibilities
Should be able to guide, manage and handle a team of min. 2-4 Engineers/Cad/Revit. Should have hands on experience of design software.
Key Competencies / Skills
Experience of Designing Mechanical (HVAC System, Public Health & Fire Protection) for High Rise Commercial, Retail and Residential projects, including Technical Design Reviews and Quality Control of the deliverables.
Should have working knowledge on tools like Trace, Hevacomp, IES, Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
Should be aware about DEWA, Dubai Civil Defense and Dubai Municipality requirements and regulations etc.
Should be aware about green building fundamentals.
4+ Years of relevant experience in the role.
