Job Description

· As a Technical Product Specialist, you need to adapt to the Service Delivery function set here in GBA. We cannot stress enough the importance of this function for our customers, we are looking forward to a Service professional who can make a lasting positive impact.

· You will work in a dynamic team where cross learning and training plays an important role in the team's success. With a wide portfolio GBA caters, we need a quick learner and a person who takes initiative in learning new products. Being a Brand Ambassador of GBA you need to raise a level up when on field in terms of Communication, Presentability, Preparation and Documentation. Following the GBA Standard documentation and process is the core requirement of the job.

Roles & Responsibilities

· To have end to end responsibility for any open calls for an assigned product line till the closure.

· Provide Remote Technical Support to customer & ensure the closure of the call remotely within TAT.

· Provide Technical Support to field engineers wherever required for Assigned product lines.

· Communicate with OEM for any technical support.

· Help Cross Functional Teams to capture the expectations and deliverables of the customer requirements in preparing Performance Deliverables Document (SOW) and to ensure all requirements are covered in the document.

· Need to communicate with customer for site readiness and ensure site is ready for installation.

· Monitor Open Calls of Installation, PM & Repair and work closely with WLA & Field Team to get it closed within a specified timeline.

· To perform the activities with maximum Efficiency to meet predefined targets.

· Maximize the Number of jobs attended per Day and utilize the maximum working hours while maintaining customer loyalty.

· Ensure that maximum leads are generated through the cross-selling program and timely communication of promo offers.

· To engage with the customers and have good communication & customer handling skills to meet customer satisfaction scores.

· To develop competencies for new instrument portfolios by self-learning and initiative or training.

· Taking ownership and showing flexibility to the organizational needs.

· Have a close eye to improve the CPRD of the Service Organization.

Qualification/Knowledge/Experience

· Experience in the relevant field job up to 10 Years.

· Experience in handling Installations of Metrohm Product line.

· Experience in handling Major Breakdowns, PMs & Escalations in above products.
