Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute projects within the company, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, resources, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
- Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
- Maintain effective communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members as required
