Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an NMS Engineer located in Guwahati , India. The NMS Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network management systems for large enterprise networks. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and fix faults in network devices and manage network troubleshooting, monitoring, and analysis. Additionally, the NMS Engineer will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to plan, design, and deliver network infrastructure solutions that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience as an NMS Engineer, or equivalent role
• Expertise in network management tools like Solarwinds, Nagios, PRTG, and Wireshark
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN protocols and routing protocols is required
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
• Understanding of ITIL processes is preferred
