Experience : 5 to 7 Years

Division / Department: DMS/ SALES

Location: Vikhroli (West), Mumbai

Job Title: Asst. Manager / Manager - Sales

Reporting to : Regional Manager/ National head for the vertical

Job Description

Key missions of the position:

Proactively generate Enquiries, Sales & Promote company products

Promptly Handling Customer/ Clients calls for Both Sales & Service

Making proposal based on the customer requirements.

Provide the feedback to the customer service about the customer concern .

Resolve customer complaints .

Retaining Existing customers

Creating new customers/ identifying new segments.

Responsibilities

Willing to take additional responsibilities in promoting other divisions.

Main Responsibilities

To reach out to OEMs in DMS sector

To reach out to end-customers in DMS sector

To look for opportunities on automation and machine handling areas

To expand from the base available at our site.

Responsible for achieving the numbers assigned and agreed

Responsible for collection from the accounts handled

To co-ordinate with various departments in the company to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

To share advance inputs on the quarterly demands for manufacturing team

To ensure 30% share from new accounts/clients

Reporting of status and progress on business in the region assigned

Education / Training: Any degree with Physics and Engineering subject can be considered

Professional Experience

Knowledge on presentation preparation/customization will be essential

My suggestion would be 5-7 years experience is sufficient

Person with Application understanding /knowledge will be preferred

Periodic reports, Data collation, Report generation from the available/collected data will be expected.

Languages preferred: English, Marathi and Hindi language
