Job description
Chitkara University is looking for Dean-IPM for Chitkara Business School, Punjab Campus. The role requires outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills. The Dean is required to lead and manage the 5 Years of Integrated Program in Management.
Job Responsibilities: -
1)Dean IPM shall be responsible for managing and reviewing the 5-year integrated program in management. This role is part of the Chitkara Business School leadership and report to Pro Vice Chancellor of Chitkara Business School.
2)Provide academic and professional leadership to the faculty of IPM in Chitkara Business School.
3)Ensure that all programmes within the school are regularly revised and externally reviewed within the provisions of the regulations of the University.
4)Coordinate course offerings within the School of Business to ensure that they are consistent with the needs of students and available instructional resources.
5)Work closely with leaders in implementing program improvements.
6) Maintain the general discipline of the students and staff of the Department.
7)Ensure that the programmes offered by the school are of high quality and always meet the standards of professional institutions and accreditation bodies.
Education & Experience: -
The applicants for the position should possess-
1. Ph.D. in (Management, Marketing, Finance & HR)
2. Sound Academic credentials and great communication skills.
3. Proven leadership ability.
4. About 17-18 years of relevant experience in academics.
