Job description

  1. Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
  2. Handle customer inquiries and provide product information pricing and quotations.
  3. Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  4. Coordinate with production logistics and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  5. Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
  6. Prepare sales reports including sales performance analysis and forecasts.
  7. Assist in the organization of sales events trade shows and promotional activities.
  8. Handle customer complaints and issues ensuring timely resolution.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and marketing materials.
  10. Keep abreast of industry trends competitors and market conditions.
