Job description
Qualification- Diploma/ B.E in Electrical or Electronics.
Experienced: 3 to 6 years in electrical maintenance of HPDC & Cast Iron Foundry plant is preferable.
Work location: Chakan in Pune
Gender: Required only Male.
Job Description:
Required - Candidates should have basic experience in Electrical Maintenance of HPDC plant, foundry equipment & Machines.
Execution of PM activities, Shift handling experience, Knowledge of Foundry equipment like Koyo moulding machines. Sand Plant, Eirich Mixer, cooler, Molding Line, Induction furnace, EOT cranes, shotblast, Compressor etc
For electrical candidate additional knowledge PLC functioning equipment- programming, HT-LT, Transformer, APFC, Furnace electrical etc.
Should be able to do spare part management.
Should be able to handle manpower and shifts.
Additional Knowledge of 1s-2s, Kaizens, TS 16949 documentation, SAP, Knowledge about safety work etc.
