JOB DESCRIPTION:
·Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding various travel-related inquiries, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
Provide Assistance: Assist customers with making or modifying reservations, processing payments, issuing refunds, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Offer Recommendations: Offer personalized recommendations and advice to customers based on their travel preferences, budget, and needs.
Resolve Problems: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, including billing discrepancies, itinerary changes, flight delays, and other travel-related issues, in a timely and efficient manner.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure that every interaction with customers is handled professionally, courteously, and with a focus on providing the best possible service.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with changes in travel policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance standards.
Eligibility:
·High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience of Minimum 1 Year in International BPO into customer service is a must.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
