Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of delicious pastries, cakes, and breads
- Create visually appealing presentations of baked goods
- Decorate pastries and cakes using different techniques
- Measure and mix ingredients to create doughs and batters
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery area
- Train and supervise junior bakery staff
- Collaborate with the team to create new pastry and bakery recipes
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory and order ingredients and supplies
