Job description
1. Sizing, design & estimation of all Bulk Material Handling Equipment's such as dense phase / Lean
phase pneumatic conveying system, Bucket Elevators, Belt Conveyors, Loss In Weight Feeders,
Screw Feeders, Gates valves, Weigh Hoppers, Bin / Hopper Level Measuring System, small &
jumbo bag handling systems, Etc.
2. Tender Scrutiny wrt pre-qualification criteria and preparation of
bidding proposals & techno commercial offers by understanding customer need and application
for Government as well as private Organization.
3. Technical offer review of all the material handling equipment as stated in sr No 1, Evaluation and making a Technical BID document for selection of Prospective vendor for ordering.
4. Selection of material handling equipment for various products from Coke, lime stone to various chemicals, fertilizers and hazardous material like Ammonium Nitrate etc.
5. Handling of various bagging machine , feeders .
6. Knowledge about the layout of equipment in the plant.
7. Knowledge aboutPreparation of Material requisition and Purchase requisition of cranes, hoists, material handling
system, De-dusting systems, pneumatic conveying system for truck unloading and silo unloading and
Small/Big bag bagging and palletizing plant.
8. expertise in Handling other packages like injection pkgs. , de dusting packages , water pkgs. is an added advantage
Knowledge of various Vendor & Licensor's packages and Safety engineering.
Ability to prepare key deliverables.
Software: PV ELite, HTRI, HAP, Microstation, AutoCAD and NavisWorks
