Minnetonka Community Education is excited to welcome enthusiastic individuals to join our team! We have immediate openings in our Explorers before and after school program for Child Care Leaders. Child Care Program Leaders will be responsible for assisting Program Supervisors in planning and implementing programs and will work closely with individual students to ensure optimal learning.
Job responsibilities include:
- Provide personalized support to students with additional needs during extracurricular and educational activities, fostering their social and academic growth
- Develop and implement creative strategies to promote inclusive play and accommodate diverse needs within group activities
- Work collaboratively with the Supervisor and district staff to ensure the safety and success of all children
- Establish positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, building staff, and school district staff
Pay & Schedule:
- Afternoon shifts are available beginning at 1:30 or 2:00pm running until 5:00 or 6:00pm
- Starts from $19.55/hour

Responsibilities - Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvement to ensure

- Ability to find the root cause of performance bottlenecks in Distributed systems
Infrastructure, Databases, and Applications.
- Plan and execute changes related to capacity sizing to ensure no impact to customers
- Triage: Support the incidents and provide Hypercare for capacity-related changes.
- Experience analyzing performance test results and identifying performance trends and
bottlenecks using APM tools.
- Generate capacity and performance reporting & forecasting.
- Be responsible for ensuring that services and infrastructure can deliver the
agreed service level targets for capacity and performance in a cost-effective and timely
manner
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Provide technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability, and
scalability.
- Analyze the root cause for latency in individual components and across the system.
- Continually look for opportunities to improve our platform, process, and business.
Requirements - 7+ years of experience in Performance Analysis and troubleshooting of production
systems.
- Experience in cloud capacity management and optimization.
- Experience with AWS or comparable cloud providers with certifications
- Excellent knowledge of large-scale web applications/distributed systems
- Critical thinking, continuously challenging how and why we do things to help us improve
- Experience with Powershell, Python, and Ruby is beneficial
- Experience with APM tools like NewRelic, Dynatrace, and ELK would be added

- Demonstrated knowledge of systems software and understanding of the impact of locking,
caching, and I/O on software performance.
