Role Expectations

: Independent role, you will be responsible to position Walchand PeopleFirst as the preferred partner for all their CSR needs and reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer.

Qualification:

Graduate with 5-7 years of successful experience in B2B Sales, HR or Consulting/ CSR domain preferred.

Job Overview: ·

This is a largely independent field sales role for a sales executive with a high degree of business understanding. · Comprehend client needs and design solutions aligned to the client’s CSR strategy. · Ability to structure large deals and successfully negotiate with senior leaders of an organization (CXOs, CHROs, CSR heads, L&D heads, L&D managers, and business heads). · Build and grow long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients. · Leverage social media to prospect and build client connections. · Be externally aware and understand CSR trends and implications for various industry sectors. · Network within the industry, community, business, and customers to stay current on issues impacting customers.

Responsibilities:

·

Acquire new accounts as well as sales growth through customer retention and achieve aggressive sales targets annually. · Consult and recommend bespoke CSR solutions to mid-sized and large companies and present to key decision-makers. · Write effective business proposals and demonstrate sophisticated skills in sales dialogue with customers and prospects to assess needs, recommend solutions and close sales. · Build and manage an active sales funnel with at least 50 accounts at various stages. · Ensure project economics are maintained and negotiate value pricing. · Coordinate with internal delivery teams for project execution.

Attributes and Competencies: · Knowledge of CSR guidelines and the Indian Skills Ecosystem. · Business Acumen, ability to create a Sales Strategy and a Plan for creating a Sales Target & Forecasting Plan. · Proven track record of solution selling, concept sales, new client acquisition, account management, cross selling, and upselling. · Negotiations and Quantitative Skills (ability to read, analyze and interpret data). · Goal Orientation and Achievement Orientation. · Versatility - ability to absorb, embrace and implement new products and strategies. · Persuasive Communication, Discipline & rigor, Relationship orientation. · Executive / Brand Presence. · Intellectual Depth (Drive for research and knowledge). · Excel Skills, PowerPoint Skills. · Social Media Presence and Savvy, Networking Skills.
