Job Specification for HR Professional (Recruitment) Smart Graduates / Post-Graduates with 1-4 years of experience along with minimum 6 months experience into recruitment
Excellent communication skills.
Should have experience of using job portals, Linkedin.
Person will be responsible for end to end recruitment, sourcing & screening of candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews.
Coordination with respective Business Manager for manpower requirements and interview scheduling.
