Knowledge in Finance (project financial management), able to generate or review costs estimates, margin, cash flow, invoicing He will have to establish report on program financial status.
Proven experience and understanding of Supplier Risk management, the candidate has comprehension of legal processes and contract management.
Good knowledge of IT, Office 365.
Experience in International certification (PMI) is a plus.
Job Profile:
As a representative of IDEMIA, all along the contract execution, the Program manager:
Is accountable for customer satisfaction by making the appropriate decisions to achieve program objectives.
Commits to execute programs in full respect of the contract financial targets (revenue, margin, and cash flow), contractual schedules and the company quality requirements.
Manages program risks by consolidate the various risk processing plans, ensuring reliability of risk control data.
Is responsible for managing changes affecting the program or product and takes the necessary decision. He is coordinating customer specification changes through analysis, formalization and adequate traceability.
Works with the delivery, pre-sales and sales teams around the region to ensure the success of the program.
Will dedicate part of his time to continuous improvement actions, in order to improve the efficiency of the processes of program, or processes in interaction with it.
Participates actively to presales activities related to programs he/she is in charge of (sales of extensions within the program scope, e.g.) or to tenders coming from new prospects. He can be the bid manager of such offers, i.e. be responsible for all the response team.
