Job Description (Posting).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with identified OEM partners to define business plans/ KPI s for success and execute on the same. Negotiate program investments
  • Create differentiated Joint propositions and GTM Plans with Strategic partners. Evangelize and drive these solutions with Sales teams.
  • Leverage programs to drive incremental revenues.
  • Define the business model and contractual framework for business with Partner. Create/ negotiate commercial models driving best interests and favorable terms of the organization
  • Track of key metrics like booking/ revenue achieved and forecast, pipeline partner wise, Rebates
  • Act as liaison between OEM partners and HCL cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Practice/ CoE, Delivery, Sourcing and Marketing) to effectively drive Alliance strategy. Drive capability building.
  • Drive governance / QBR s with key partners
  • Work with Marketing to create appropriate collaterals with OEM partner, identify co-marketing activities
  • Help develop, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with assigned partners. Build strong exec connect with partners

Desired Qualifications/

  • Experience of managing Security/ IT Software/ Hardware product OEM s
  • Understanding of the Cybersecurity/ Cloud Partner Ecosystem. Working knowledge of Cybersecurity domains and Cybersecurity/ Cloud products coupled with desire to learn
  • Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in MS Office suite esp. Excel & PowerPoint

  • To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product. (2.) To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools (3.) To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection (4.) To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team. (5.) To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes. (6.) To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary. (7.) To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
