Job Description: Business Lead: Institutional Business

Role Overview:

As the Business Lead: Institutional Business at Repos Energy, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth within institutional channels. With 8 to 14 years of experience in institutional sales and business development, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating relationships with key institutional clients to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and make a significant impact on the success of Repos Energy in the institutional sector.

 

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Lead business development efforts within institutional channels, including prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity identification.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive awareness and interest in Repos Energys products and services among institutional clients.

Marketing Strategy Development:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive awareness and interest in Repos Energys products and services among institutional clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support institutional sales efforts.

Institutional Sales:

Lead and coordinate institutional sales activities, working closely with key accounts and decision-makers to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of key accounts and opportunities, tracking progress and driving sales opportunities to closure.

Key Accounts Management:

Manage key accounts within institutional channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue and growth opportunities within key accounts.

Strategic Planning and Development:

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business opportunities within institutional channels, including corporate clients, government agencies, and large organizations.

Identify and prioritize target accounts and industries for business development efforts, based on market analysis and business objectives.

Drive new client acquisition through targeted marketing and business development initiatives.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related inquiries and initiatives.

Understand client needs and requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals to meet client objectives.

Market Analysis and Insights:

Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments within the institutional sector.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Minimum 8-14 years of experience in institutional sales and business development, with a track record of driving revenue growth and client acquisition.

Strong understanding of institutional sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and contract negotiation.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within institutional clients.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving business outcomes.

Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
