Job description
You'll be working with the Manufacturing team.
This team runs on coffee and an infectious passion to scale operations at Exponent. We help bring alive the proposition of Exponent Enabled Rapid Charging so that our customers benefit from 15 min rapid charging at all times.

Responsibilities: - Design, Develop & Commission tooling & fixturing solutions for assembly & testing of E-Pack & E-Pump
- Design fixtures for a wide range of components across Electrical, Electronic & Mechanical parts - be it for assembly or testing purposes
- Get. Set. Production. Own & take all of it to production. Do whatever is needed to get there - from identifying design solutions to engaging with suppliers to landing it on the line
The ideal candidate requires: - Experience in tool - fixture design & development, enabling ease of assembly in mass production environment. (Design, Analysis, and DFX)
- Creativity in integrating features like simple to use & maintain, precision assembly, poka-yokes, minimum change over times while designing
- Ability to move rapidly across requirements gathering, understanding manufacturing scenario, dealing with supplier, tool tryout and tool rectification, installations
