Data Analyst – The 1% Club

Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze advertising funnels and campaign data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights to enhance ROI.
- Explore consumer product usage and journey data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Develop and maintain workbooks, dashboards, and reports to visualize and communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations to drive decision-making.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through effective data management practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance analytical capabilities and methodologies.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights to drive business outcome.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Meta base, Power BI, or similar.
- Solid understanding of conversion funnels, advertising metrics, and consumer behaviour analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
